A clear comparison
For 12 months of continuous Veesi hosting and maintenance:
Monthly planA$99 × 12 = A$1,188
Upfront + 9 months of optional careA$699 + 9 × A$99 = A$1,590
These are different service arrangements. The monthly plan spreads the cost and makes handover available after 12 paid months. The upfront plan includes ownership and three months of care, with no requirement to continue the A$99 service. Choose around cash flow, ongoing support and handover needs.
What’s included
Three pages in two languages for one business, adapted for mobile screens. An agreed consultation or booking enquiry entry point is included. Page names, languages, content and any integrations are confirmed in your quote.
Monthly: hosting and maintenance while subscribed. Upfront: three months included, then optional A$99/month. Care includes unlimited small changes to existing content and minor design adjustments.
A regular new section is A$99. A bilingual supporting page using the existing design and shared structure is A$199, with up to four regular sections. Complex features, animation or a new visual direction are quoted separately. New sections or pages, extra languages or business offerings, features beyond the agreed scope and full-page redesigns are quoted separately. Work starts only after you approve the quote. A booking entry is not a complete booking system. Domains, business email, paid apps and platform charges are identified in your quote. Promotion is a separate service.
The first A$99 is prepaid service for one month, not a 12-month lock-in. Tell us before the next billing date to end service at the close of your paid period. Cancelling without taking the website has no penalty or remaining balance. Ordinary voluntary cancellation does not refund unused days, without limiting applicable consumer-law rights.
On the monthly plan, agreed transferable website deliverables are available for handover after 12 paid months. Earlier purchase is optional: A$1,188 minus base monthly fees actually paid and not refunded, with a minimum of A$0. The first month counts; add-ons, domains and third-party fees do not. Four paid months leave A$792. An early purchase does not include the remaining months of maintenance. The A$699 plan includes website ownership; exact handover timing and deliverables are agreed in your quote. Existing client materials and business data remain the client’s, and third-party licences still apply.
Expected launch in five business days once payment, scope and materials are confirmed, with timely feedback. Delays are rescheduled together. We confirm responsibilities for copy, translation, imagery and final review in your quote. Production includes four rounds of consolidated feedback; each round uses one combined list followed by a revised version. The actual schedule depends on materials, feedback and scope confirmation.
Common questions
The core package includes a three-page website in two languages, focused on one business offering and adapted for mobile screens. The homepage presents the main business information and call to action, with supporting pages for further details. It also includes an agreed consultation or booking enquiry entry point. The two language versions share the same overall structure and design. Additional pages, languages, business offerings or specialist features can be quoted separately.
Production includes four rounds of consolidated feedback. In each round you send one combined list and we return a revised version within the agreed scope. Fixing defects that do not meet the agreed specification does not use a round. Added scope is quoted and approved before work begins. Unlimited small changes after launch follow the maintenance scope.
The standard package includes an entry point for consultations or booking enquiries, such as an agreed contact form or a link to your booking service. A full booking system is a separate scope: live availability, staff calendars, deposits, reminders, cancellation rules and customer accounts require additional setup or development. If you already use a booking platform, we can assess a link or supported embed. Platform subscriptions and other third-party charges are agreed separately.
Both plans include the same core three-page, bilingual website. The monthly option is A$99 per month, with hosting and maintenance included while you subscribe. The A$699 one-off option includes three months of hosting and maintenance; continuing at A$99 per month is optional. Over 12 months of continuous Veesi hosting and maintenance, those totals are A$1,188 and A$1,590 respectively. Choose based on cash flow, ongoing support and handover needs. We’ll confirm the relevant handover terms before you choose.
Yes. The monthly plan has no minimum subscription term, and you pay for the first month upfront. Tell us before your next billing date if you want to cancel. Your service then ends at the close of the current paid billing period, with no further monthly charges. Ordinary voluntary cancellations are not refunded for unused days within that period. This does not limit any refund, cancellation or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.
You keep control of domains and accounts registered in your name, and your existing brand materials and business data remain yours. With the monthly plan, the agreed transferable website deliverables become available for handover after 12 paid months. The one-off plan includes website ownership; the handover timing and deliverables are specified in your quote. Third-party software, fonts, images and platform features remain subject to their own licences. We’ll identify relevant transfer limits before you commit.
You can choose to purchase the agreed website deliverables early. The price is A$1,188 minus the base monthly fees you have actually paid and not had refunded, with a minimum of A$0. Your first month counts; add-ons, domain charges and third-party fees do not. For example, four paid months total A$396, leaving A$792. This purchase does not include maintenance for the remaining months. Buying early is optional: cancelling the subscription alone does not trigger this charge.
The A$99 service includes hosting, website maintenance and unlimited small changes: updates to existing content and minor design adjustments. Examples include changing prices, opening hours, text or images, and making small layout, colour or typography adjustments. New sections or pages, features beyond the agreed scope and full-page redesigns are quoted separately. We’ll explain the scope and price and get your approval before starting any separately charged work.
A regular new section is A$99. An additional bilingual supporting page is A$199, using the existing visual design and the same structure in both languages, with up to four regular sections. Complex features, animation or a new visual direction are quoted separately. Extra languages, locations, business offerings, full-page redesigns, booking systems, ecommerce, payments or membership features need a separate scope. The quote sets out the work, inclusions, third-party costs and total price. Work starts only after you approve the quote.
Hosting is included while your monthly service is active, or during the three included months on the one-off plan. Domain registration and renewal, business email, paid apps and other third-party services may have separate charges. Your quote will identify what is included and who pays each cost. We recommend that your domain and key service accounts are registered in your name. We’ll confirm account access, renewals and any transfer restrictions before setting them up.
We’ll agree a material checklist for your project before work begins. This typically includes your business name, contact details, services, prices, opening hours, brand assets and any images you want to use. You should have permission to use the materials you supply. We’ll also agree who prepares the copy, any image sourcing and the final content review. Missing items will be identified clearly so you know what is needed and how they affect the schedule.
We confirm the two languages and the responsibilities for source text, translation and final review in your quote. Both versions use the agreed website structure and visual design. AI-assisted drafting may form part of the workflow, but it should not be treated as certified translation or specialist advice. You’ll have an opportunity to check business facts, prices and wording in each language. Professional translation or specialist review, where needed, is scoped and priced separately.
Expected launch in five business days. We confirm the project schedule once payment, scope and materials are ready. The schedule assumes timely feedback. Missing materials or delayed approvals can affect the date; we’ll identify what is missing, explain which work is affected and agree a revised schedule together. If a delay is on our side, we’ll tell you and discuss a specific plan.
Production includes four rounds of consolidated feedback; each round uses one combined list followed by a revised version. The actual schedule depends on materials, feedback and scope confirmation.
Veesi uses an AI-assisted approach to website creation, particularly for visual exploration and content development. The project still needs a clear business brief, review and approval of the final result. An AI-assisted website does not automatically include a chatbot, automated sales agent or other customer-facing AI feature. If you want one of those features, we’ll discuss its purpose, data handling, platform costs and practical limits as a separate part of the project.
We do not guarantee a particular level of traffic, enquiries, search ranking or sales. The website gives your business a place to present its offer and a clear way for visitors to get in touch. Results also depend on your offer, audience, reputation, competition and promotional activity. The standard service covers the website and agreed maintenance. Advertising, ongoing search marketing and other growth work are separate services with their own scope, costs and expectations.
While your included or paid maintenance service is active, contact us about website issues or the small changes covered by your plan. We’ll review the request, explain what is within scope and confirm the next step or schedule. Response and completion times depend on the issue and the agreed service; the standard package is not a promise of round-the-clock live support. If a request needs third-party help or extra paid work, we’ll explain that before proceeding.
