The core package includes a three-page website in two languages, focused on one business offering and adapted for mobile screens. The homepage presents the main business information and call to action, with supporting pages for further details. It also includes an agreed consultation or booking enquiry entry point. The two language versions share the same overall structure and design. Additional pages, languages, business offerings or specialist features can be quoted separately.

Production includes four rounds of consolidated feedback. In each round you send one combined list and we return a revised version within the agreed scope. Fixing defects that do not meet the agreed specification does not use a round. Added scope is quoted and approved before work begins. Unlimited small changes after launch follow the maintenance scope.

Both plans include the same core three-page, bilingual website. The monthly option is A$99 per month, with hosting and maintenance included while you subscribe. The A$699 one-off option includes three months of hosting and maintenance; continuing at A$99 per month is optional. Over 12 months of continuous Veesi hosting and maintenance, those totals are A$1,188 and A$1,590 respectively. Choose based on cash flow, ongoing support and handover needs. We’ll confirm the relevant handover terms before you choose.

Yes. The monthly plan has no minimum subscription term, and you pay for the first month upfront. Tell us before your next billing date if you want to cancel. Your service then ends at the close of the current paid billing period, with no further monthly charges. Ordinary voluntary cancellations are not refunded for unused days within that period. This does not limit any refund, cancellation or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.

You keep control of domains and accounts registered in your name, and your existing brand materials and business data remain yours. With the monthly plan, the agreed transferable website deliverables become available for handover after 12 paid months. The one-off plan includes website ownership; the handover timing and deliverables are specified in your quote. Third-party software, fonts, images and platform features remain subject to their own licences. We’ll identify relevant transfer limits before you commit.

Expected launch in five business days. We confirm the project schedule once payment, scope and materials are ready. The schedule assumes timely feedback. Missing materials or delayed approvals can affect the date; we’ll identify what is missing, explain which work is affected and agree a revised schedule together. If a delay is on our side, we’ll tell you and discuss a specific plan.
